EDISU Piemonte
Regional agency for the right to university education in Piedmont, established in 1992, based in Turin on Via Madama Cristina.

EDISU Piemonte is the regional agency for the right to university education in Piedmont, a public body established by regional law no. 16 of 18 March 1992, later updated by regional law no. 10 of 29 September 2014; it is based in Turin, at Via Madama Cristina 83, and reports to the Piedmont Region [1]. It serves the more than 140,000 students enrolled at Piedmont's universities: for University of Turin students, for example, it publishes yearly calls for scholarships, housing services, grants for international mobility and extraordinary grants, and runs study rooms and catering open to everyone [1] [2].
The agency's services include university residences, with 3,345 beds awarded by competition, subsidised canteens, free study rooms, sports facilities and cultural activities; the scholarships reach about 21,000 students [3].
EDISU's online presence is split across two sites. edisu.piemonte.it is the institutional site, with calls, news and information on services [3]. clio.edisu-piemonte.it is the online service desk, the platform where students apply for scholarships and other benefits, track the status of their application and the rankings, download receipts and certificates and update their contact details and IBAN; access is via SPID or CIE, or with a temporary code for international students without residence in Italy [4]. In the Torino Top 100 ranking for September 2026, the online service desk ranks among the 5,000 most-visited sites in Italy according to Google's Chrome UX Report, and the institutional site among the 50,000 most-visited.
