ATC Torino
portale.atc.torino.it was the website of ATC Torino, the Agenzia Territoriale per la Casa of the province of Turin, successor to the IACP (Istituto Autonomo Case Popolari): in February 2008 it offered services for the allocation and exchange of housing, a public relations office and forms for tenants of public residential housing.1
In 2017 the body, based at corso Dante 14 in Turin, presented itself as the Agenzia Territoriale per la Casa del Piemonte Centrale, following its merger with the agencies of the other Piedmontese provinces.2

A February 2008 snapshot of the site portale.atc.torino.it described the body as the "Agenzia Territoriale per la Casa della provincia di Torino (EX IACP)", based at corso Dante 14 in Turin, with sections devoted to housing exchanges and calls for tenders and competitions.
In the 2017 snapshots the body instead appeared as the "Agenzia Territoriale per la Casa del Piemonte Centrale", at the same address of corso Dante 14, with a site that included Albo Pretorio and Carta dei Servizi sections.

The recovery of illegally occupied housing on via Roveda at Mirafiori (September 2026)
On 18 September 2026 Atc, with the support of law enforcement, recovered a flat in the public housing complex at via Roveda 45, in Mirafiori, illegally occupied since 2022; the operation took longer than expected because of an animal abandoned by the occupants, later taken in by the municipal dog shelter. It was the second recovery in three days in the same neighbourhood, after one on corso Salvemini, and it eliminated illegal occupations in the via Roveda complex, where in spring 2026 three of a total of 49 flats had been illegally occupied. Atc Piemonte Centrale president Maurizio Pedrini and Piedmont Region deputy president Maurizio Marrone described the operation as part of a "zero tolerance" policy against illegal occupation of public housing.

The portal portale.atc.torino.it (2008-2010)
The domain portale.atc.torino.it hosted, for several years, a website of Atc Torino, the Agenzia Territoriale per la Casa of the province of Turin, successor to the Iacp. The archive snapshots, from 16 February 2008 to 2 March 2010, document its content: information on calls for the allocation of public housing, on how to exchange housing and, from 2010, on the regional social fund for blameless defaulters.

At the end of the eviction procedure, the operation was prolonged by the presence of a pet abandoned in the flat, later taken in by the municipal dog shelter; the flat, found in poor condition, was walled up pending the renovation work needed before a new allocation. It was the second recovery within a few days in the same complex, after the one on corso Salvemini: with this operation illegal occupations in the via Roveda building, out of a total of 49 flats, were eliminated.

With this latest operation, illegal occupations in the via Roveda building, out of a total of 49 flats, were eliminated. The recovered flats require restoration work before they can be reassigned to families on the waiting list.
