Agenzia Territoriale per la Casa del Piemonte Centrale
The Agenzia Territoriale per la Casa del Piemonte Centrale (Atc), the body that manages public housing in Turin's metropolitan area, is chaired by Maurizio Pedrini. On 18 September 2026 the agency recovers, with the support of law enforcement, a flat that had been illegally occupied since 2022 at via Roveda 45, in the Mirafiori district, two days after recovering another occupied flat in the corso Salvemini complex, also in Mirafiori. With the via Roveda operation, illegal occupations in the building, which has 49 flats in total, are brought to zero.
On 15 April 2026 the agency renews for another three years its memorandum of understanding with the Ombudsman of the Piedmont Region, in force since 2013, which allows tenants of public housing to turn to that office with their complaints.
Together with the City of Turin and FIAB Torino Bike Pride, the agency takes part in the «Pedali Sociali» project, which by the end of 2027 envisages more than 350 bicycle parking spaces across five public housing complexes in the city.
On 24 July 2026, together with the Polizia Locale, the agency recovers a flat in the complex at via Ghedini 12, in the Regio Parco district, illegally occupied since the start of 2025.
