Salute Piemonte is the portal that the Piedmont Region presents as the single access point to its health services: through it, citizens can consult their medical history and manage the documents and data of the Electronic Health Record [1]. The portal was presented on 26 October 2020 by the regional health department, which commissioned it, and was built by CSI Piemonte, the IT consortium of Piedmont's public bodies [2]. At the presentation, regional councillor Luigi Genesio Icardi linked it to the Covid epidemic then under way [2].

Through the portal users can view, print and archive medical reports, choose or change their family doctor, view and modify vaccination appointments, pay healthcare fees (ticket) and manage prescriptions; it is also possible to delegate a trusted person to use the services on one's behalf [2]. Piedmont's local health authorities, such as the ASL Città di Torino, point to this single address as the channel for using the regional health service's digital services from computers, tablets and smartphones [3].

The portal is one of the components of the digital health system managed by CSI Piemonte, which reports 14 million documents in the Electronic Health Record and, for 2023, 1.3 million downloaded medical reports and 3.2 million electronic payments [4]. In the Torino Top 100 ranking for September 2026, the site is among the 5,000 most visited websites in Italy according to Google's Chrome UX Report.
