ASL Città di Torino

The ASL Città di Torino is the local health authority serving the entire municipal territory of Turin. It was established on 1 January 2017 by decree of the President of the Regional Council no. 94 of 13 December 2016, following the Regional Council's resolution of 6 December 2016, merging the former ASL TO1 and ASL TO2 [1]. Its registered office is at via San Secondo 29 [1] [2].
The authority covers the city's eight circoscrizioni, serving a population of 872,316, and is organized into four districts: Nord Est, Nord Ovest, Sud Est and Sud Ovest [1]. It manages four hospitals: the San Giovanni Bosco, the Maria Vittoria together with the Amedeo di Savoia, the Martini, and the Oftalmico [1]. It is one of the twelve ASLs into which the Piedmont regional health service is divided [2].
The website aslcittaditorino.it is the channel through which residents of Turin access the authority's services: it presents healthcare facilities, a guide to services and practical instructions, and provides links to online retrieval of test results, appointment booking through the regional CUP system, the Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico (Electronic Health Record), and activation of the electronic health card [3]. It also links to the regional portal Salute Piemonte as a single access point for digital health services [4]. In the Torino Top 100 ranking for September 2026, the site is among the 10,000 most visited websites in Italy according to Google's Chrome UX Report.

The domains asl1.to.it and asl3.to.it in the web archive (1999-2015)
Before the ASL Città di Torino was established, the domain asl1.to.it is documented in the web archive from 1999, and from 2007 it displayed the heading «HomePage ASL1-ASL2», a sign of the merger between the two health authorities. The domain asl3.to.it is attested from 2002; the last available copy, from May 2015, however shows only the default page of a freshly installed WordPress site, with no content of its own.
