The site asl3.to.it, in the first known snapshot from 6 August 2002, was titled «ASL 3 Torino».1 Later snapshots, between October 2002 and April 2003, showed a site with sections on an overview, structure and offices, founding principles, and technical and administrative services, as well as a Department of Territorial Services headed by Dr. Roberto Testi, responsible for local healthcare and pharmaceutical services.23 The domain name is today unregistered and free.4
