Sistema Piemonte

Sistema Piemonte is the portal that brings together the online services offered by the Regione Piemonte and CSI Piemonte: from a single entry point it gives access to separate sections for private citizens and for public administrations, with services ranging from healthcare appointment bookings to tax payments, from agricultural services to education grants and building permit procedures [1]. It is aimed at citizens, businesses, self-employed professionals and public bodies, who can carry out procedures without having to visit a counter in person; the technical and IT side is handled by CSI Piemonte [2].
Over time the catalogue has merged into the Region's Servizionline portal (servizi.regione.piemonte.it), inspired by the model of the British government portal gov.uk, which lists more than five hundred types of service, including scholarships, textbook grants, changing one's family doctor and booking medical visits [2]. Sistema Piemonte, however, remains the authentication and credential-verification infrastructure on which many of these services rely, including for local authority staff who log in with Piedmont public administration credentials [3].
Since 1 October 2021, in application of decree-law 76/2020, private citizens' access to regional services has required national credentials only (SPID, CIE or CNS), which have replaced the usernames and passwords previously issued by Sistema Piemonte [3]. In the September 2026 Torino Top 100 ranking, the site appeared among the top 5,000 most visited websites in Italy according to Google's Chrome UX Report.
