The site oct.torino.it was the page of OfficinaCittàTorino (OCT), a project of the City of Turin with in-depth content on the city's artistic and architectural heritage and on development policy for contemporary Turin, which also coordinated the Arte Pubblica e Monumenti (Public Art and Monuments) project.1 In the archive's first snapshot, from February 2001, the site still showed only an empty entry page, produced by CSP.2 Between December 2007 and April 2009 the site automatically redirected visitors to a new address within ten seconds.1
