centrounesco.to.it was the website of the Centro UNESCO of Turin, a local branch of the Federazione Italiana dei Club e Centri UNESCO: in 2006 it published news on initiatives such as the World Year of Physics and a "Donne e Libri di Scienza" ("Women and Science Books") competition on the occasion of Turin as World Book Capital.1

In 2013 the centre granted its patronage to initiatives such as a charity concert in Gressoney La Trinité, organised by FAI to protect the Alpe di Cortlys.2

The domain, not updated since 2013, today shows only the default page of Midhgard S.r.l., the company that manages its hosting.3

The Centro UNESCO of Turin could also be reached via the domain unesco.to.it, online since at least 2003: in September 2010 the site, then also devoted to the Mediterranean Women's Forum and the Ipazia Project, reported on the meeting of the Executive Council of the World Federation of UNESCO Clubs and Centres held in Beijing from 13 to 17 August, attended as Italian representative by Maria Luisa Stringa, president of the Italian Federation of UNESCO Centres and Clubs.1

The site also announced the celebrations, planned for 2011 in Vietnam, of the thirtieth anniversary of the World Federation of UNESCO Centres and Clubs, founded in 1948, and recalled the Centro UNESCO of Turin's registration in the national list of volunteer organisations.1
