The snapshot of 4 April 1997, the earliest known, shows its home page with contact details (telephone 011/561.34.24, fax 011/561.39.44, email info@conf-art.to.it) and links to Offices, Services and News, as well as a notice dated 11 February 1997 about the stamping of account books at the offices in Turin, Chivasso and Cuorgné.
The News section, with an update dated 16 November 1996, was devoted to communications for members, «aggiornate in tempo reale a cura dell'Unione Artigiana - Confartigianato Torino».

The site conf-art.to.it is among the oldest documented in the Turin web archive, from 4 April 1997: it presented the Artisans' Union of Turin and Province, affiliated with Confartigianato, founded on 25 January 1949 at the initiative of a group of founding member artisans, based at via Cernaia 20, with about 80 staff between the head office and offices in the province. In the snapshot of 3 August 2002 the site presented itself under the name Confartigianato Torino; the archive's records stop in 2007.
