Soris

Soris – Società Riscossioni is the publicly owned joint-stock company responsible for collecting revenue on behalf of the City of Turin. It was presented in February 2005: established on 19 November 2004, with the City of Turin as its sole founding shareholder, it began operating on 3 January 2005, taking over from Uniriscossioni, whose contract had expired at the end of 2004, and initially handled the TARSU, ICI, COSAP and advertising tax [1].
Today its share capital of five million euros is held entirely by four bodies: the City of Turin, the Piedmont Region, the City of Grugliasco and the City of San Mauro Torinese. Soris operates as an in-house company under the joint control of its shareholders and handles the assessment, determination and collection of taxes and other revenues, including non-tax revenues, on their behalf [2]. Its registered office is at via Vigone 80, in Turin [3].
The website soris.torino.it is the online point of contact for taxpayers: it allows users to pay taxes and charges such as the TARI waste tax, vehicle taxes and school service fees, to check their account statements and electronic wallet in a reserved area, and to manage notices and installment plans for revenues owed to the City, the Region and the member municipalities [3]. In the Torino Top 100 ranking for September 2026, the site is listed among the 10,000 most visited websites in Italy according to Google's Chrome UX Report.
