Buonissima is a food festival that brings chefs and leading figures of international cuisine to Turin; in 2026 it reaches its sixth edition, running until 25 October.12

The 2026 programme opened at the Nuvola Lavazza central hub with the Bob Noto Award ceremony, given to Paolo Lopriore, chef of the restaurant Il Portico in Appiano Gentile, for this year's theme, «Passion». The jury, chaired by Antonella Fassio, widow of the Turin-born food writer and photographer Bob Noto, who died in 2017, recognised in Lopriore's career «dedication to cooking, the consistency of his culinary vision and the ability to keep a personal identity without giving in to trends».12

Buonissima 2026's programme also includes a dinner in memory of Bob Noto at the restaurant Del Cambio and an Opening Dinner at Palazzo Madama with ten chefs from the Italian food scene.1
