Borgo Rossini is a district of Turin. In October 2026 the prefect of Turin Donato Cafagna extended the city's enhanced-surveillance zones from six to eight, adding Borgo Rossini and Borgo Vittoria: in the first six months of the measure's application, more than 25,000 people had been checked, with 757 removal orders issued.
