Donato Cafagna
Donato Cafagna is the prefect of Turin. In October 2026 he extended the city's enhanced-surveillance zones from six to eight, adding Borgo Rossini and Borgo Vittoria: in the first six months of the measure's implementation, more than 25,000 people had been checked, with 757 removal orders issued. Of these removals, 190 concerned drug-related offences, 136 crimes against the person and 173 crimes against property, and for repeated violation of the orders the Questore also issued 78 area-access ban orders (Dacur).
