via Verolengo

Via Verolengo is a street in the Lucento district, in Turin. On 6 July 2026 the body of Mikel Rroku, a 55-year-old Albanian citizen, was found in an apartment on the street; on 6 October 2026 carabinieri arrested the victim's wife and new partner for premeditated murder. According to the reconstruction, residents of number 185/A had called 112 after noticing an unbearable smell coming from the victim's apartment; the investigation, which lasted exactly three months, was led by prosecutor Lea Lamonaca.¹²³
