Sagat
Sagat is the company that runs Turin-Caselle airport, for which a possible integration with Milan's Sea airport system was discussed in 2026.

Sagat is the company that runs Turin-Caselle airport. Its capital is wholly controlled by 2i Aeroporti, owned by F2i and Asterion, which is also the second-largest shareholder of Sea, the company that runs Milan's Linate and Malpensa airports, with a stake of about 45%.
In September 2026 Sea's chief executive, Armando Brunini, announced that a dossier on integrating the Turin and Milan airport systems would be presented to shareholders by October; the project would aim to create a single airport system for the North West, with Malpensa as the intercontinental gateway, Linate as the city airport, and Caselle strengthening its role as a regional airport. Sagat's chief executive, Andrea Andorno, described the consolidation proposal as "positive for all the parties involved".
Any such integration would not affect Caselle's development plan: Enac has given final approval to the Master Plan to 2032, which envisages 114 million euros of investment to increase the airport's capacity, flexibility and efficiency.
