Sea

Sea is the company that manages Milan's Linate and Malpensa airports. On 17 September 2026 its chief executive, Armando Brunini, announced that the dossier on the integration between Sea and Sagat — the operator of Turin-Caselle airport — would be ready by October and submitted to shareholders for evaluation, as part of a project aiming at a single airport system for North-West Italy.

The hinge of the operation is 2i Aeroporti, controlled by F2i and Asterion, which owns 100% of Sagat and is at the same time Sea's second-largest shareholder with about 45%; the City of Milan, which currently controls 54.8% of Sea, would according to initial reports retain the majority in the new entity as well, with a stake of around 51%.
