Master Plan (Piano regolatore generale)

The Piano regolatore generale is the urban planning instrument of the Municipality of Turin.

On 17 September 2026 the Municipality confirmed its position on the new Plan despite the appeal by Sistemi Urbani (Ferrovie dello Stato), with mayor Lo Russo reaffirming the decision on building rights left unexercised for 40 years, during the second co-planning conference.12
