Rei Natura

Rei Natura is chef Michelangelo Mammoliti's three-Michelin-star restaurant in Serralunga d'Alba, in the Langhe, in the province of Cuneo.

In October 2026 the restaurant joins Les Grandes Tables du Monde, the international association founded in 1954 that brings together over 200 of the most prestigious fine-dining establishments in more than 25 countries, after obtaining its three Michelin stars and three Knives at the 2025 The Best Chef Awards.¹²

Mammoliti's cooking is grounded in research, technical rigour and the centrality of the plant world, with a gastronomic identity rooted in the Langhe and open to international dialogue. The restaurant's front of house is run by Valentina Dogliani.¹²
