La voce di Alba

La voce di Alba (Lavocedialba.it) is an online daily dedicated to Alba, Bra, Langhe and Roero. It launched on 24 September 2018 with the aim of closely following the hills and towns of the UNESCO World Heritage area, from Cherasco and La Morra to Barolo, Neive and Montà, with an editorial line it describes as substance-focused and averse to sensationalism[1].

The title belongs to the MoreNews group, a cooperative based in Cuneo that publishes dozens of online dailies across Piedmont, Liguria, Lombardy and the Aosta Valley, starting with Targatocn.it[2]. Formally it is an editorial supplement of Il Nazionale, registered with the Cuneo court; its editor-in-chief is Barbara Pasqua[3]. The local newsroom works out of Alba and also takes in students on work-study placements[4].

The site covers local news, politics, economy, agriculture, healthcare, sport and events in the Alba and Bra areas, with particular attention to wine, hazelnuts and tourism in the Langhe, and also spreads its news through social channels and WhatsApp[4]. In the Torino Top 100 ranking for September 2026, the site ranks among the 50,000 most-visited sites in Italy according to Google's Chrome UX Report.
