IoLavoro's 2026-2029 tour starts from Turin on 14 and 15 October
On 14 and 15 October 2026 the IoLavoro event returns to Turin, at the Inalpi Arena, to launch a new cycle of gatherings that, from autumn 2026 to 2029, will bring job opportunities, guidance and training to various Piedmont territories. The event, promoted by the Piedmont Region and organised by Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro, has been running for twenty years and has so far involved more than 265,000 people.
Programme and institutional events
The opening is scheduled for Wednesday 14 October at 11am, with the Piedmont Region's vice-president and Labour councillor Maurizio Marrone and the regional councillor for Education, Merit and Training Daniela Cameroni. At 11.30am, in the Sala Rossa, the institutional event "Rivoluzione Partecipazione: i lavoratori protagonisti del rilancio produttivo" ("Participation Revolution: workers at the centre of the productive relaunch") takes place, including a screening of remarks by the Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy Adolfo Urso and the participation of Marrone, Cisl confederal secretary Giorgio Graziani, Cisl Piemonte general secretary Luca Caretti, Unione Industriali Torino president Marco Gay and the president of Turin's provincial order of labour consultants Fabrizio Bontempo. A conference titled "Competenze e formazione al tempo dell'intelligenza artificiale" ("Skills and training in the age of artificial intelligence"), promoted by the Piedmont Region with CSI Piemonte, is also scheduled.
Participation
About 100 companies and employment agencies are taking part with their own stands, while more than 1,500 students are expected; three days after registrations opened, 700 people had already signed up. The programme includes selection interviews, workshops on preparing CVs and interviews, information on the regional skills-certification service, insights into working abroad through the Eures network, and initiatives dedicated to the labour-market inclusion of people with disabilities, third-country nationals and prison inmates.
