Fondazione Ricerca Molinette
The Fondazione Ricerca Molinette organises an annual Turin event for Pink October, dedicated to raising awareness of breast cancer prevention. In its third edition, in October 2026, the event was held at the Galleria San Federico with a fashion show of women who had undergone breast surgery, with showgirl Alena Šeredová as godmother. The day opened at the Cinema Lux with a conference moderated by Professor Isabella Castellano, director of the Anatomy and Pathological Histology 1 U Complex Structure at Turin's Città della Salute e della Scienza, with talks by specialists from the Breast Unit and the patient associations V.I.T.A. O.D.V. and A.N.D.O.S. O.D.V. [3] The 2026 edition supported the introduction of artificial intelligence algorithms in the Pathological Anatomy department of Turin's Città della Salute e della Scienza, for faster and more personalised diagnoses. The institutional greetings were given by senator Paola Ambrogio, Turin's deputy mayor Michela Favaro, and Professor Paola Cassoni, director of the School of Medicine at the University of Turin. [3]
