Turin's Court of Appeal holds the final hearing, before the verdict, of the trial involving 16 defendants among Askatasuna militants, the No Tav movement and the Spazio Popolare Neruda. The prosecution charges the defendants with criminal association over the 31 January 2026 unrest during the march for the centre's eviction; at first instance, 18 convictions were handed down for lesser offences.
