On 12 October 2026, Turin's Court of Appeal holds the final hearing, before sentencing, in the trial of sixteen defendants among militants of Askatasuna, the No Tav movement and the Spazio Popolare Neruda, whom the prosecution charges with criminal conspiracy over the disorder of 31 January 2026 at the march against the eviction of the social centre. At first instance, eighteen convictions had been handed down for minor offences.
