Turin's Court of Appeal holds the final hearing, before sentencing, in the trial over the disorder of 31 January 2026 at the march against the eviction of the Askatasuna social centre. There are 16 defendants, among militants of Askatasuna, the No Tav movement and the Spazio Popolare Neruda, whom the prosecution charges with criminal conspiracy. At first instance, 18 convictions had been handed down for minor offences.
