Arpa Piemonte has issued a yellow alert for hydrogeological risk over the areas of the Toce, Valsesia, Cervo and Chiusella rivers, as well as the Belbo, Bormida and Scrivia valleys, ahead of intense rainfall expected between Sunday 18 and Monday 19 October 2026.
