On Saturday 14 November 2026 the thirtieth edition of the National Food Collection Day (Giornata Nazionale della Colletta Alimentare) takes place across Italy, the annual initiative that collects food in supermarkets for people in need. In Piedmont the day involves more than 1,300 points of sale and about 11,000 volunteers [1][2]. In the Province of Cuneo alone, 210 points of sale in 67 localities take part [1][2].
