Pablo Neruda Multipurpose Centre (Centro Polivalente Pablo Neruda)

The Centro Polivalente Pablo Neruda is a public building at via degli Abeti 12, in the Falchera district, in the northern outskirts of Turin. Converted from a building that had previously housed a school, it has for years hosted the activities of the association Damamar ODV ETS, and since 2026 has also housed the «Falchè» cohousing project, dedicated to the independence of people with disabilities.[1][2]
The Falchè cohousing project, inaugurated on 19 September 2026, occupies part of the former school and is a six-place facility for independent-living pathways, part of the district's urban and social regeneration. [3]
