Molini Bongiovanni is a milling company based in Cambiano, southeast of Turin, which grinds selected soft wheat and produces professional flours for pizzerias, bakeries, pastry shops and pasta factories, as well as products for the food industry; the company motto is «Mugnai per scelta» («Millers by choice») [1]. It was founded in 1977 by a chemical engineer who chose the miller's trade without having inherited it, and today it is run by the Bongiovanni family [2].

The Cambiano plant is connected to the railway, which reduces road transport, and in 2016 the company acquired the last remaining mill within the city of Turin. The Antiqua line is based on a set of specifications involving some fifty farmers who grow wheat within fifty kilometres of the mill, and its production is powered by a 1,600-square-metre photovoltaic system; since 2017 the mill has been an official supplier to the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana [2].

The website bongiovannitorino.it, aimed mainly at professionals, presents the flour lines and recipes. In the Torino Top 100 ranking for September 2026 it appears among the most visited websites in Piedmont.
