Maestri del Gusto

Maestri del Gusto di Torino e provincia ("Masters of Taste of Turin and its Province") is a recognition promoted for more than twenty years by the Chamber of Commerce of Turin, together with Slow Food Italia and the Chamber's Chemical Laboratory, awarded to the area's food and wine producers that stand out for quality. For the 2027-2028 two-year period the title was awarded to 215 businesses from 95 different municipalities: 77 in the city of Turin and 138 in the province, divided into 24 categories, with farms as the largest group (23 businesses). Of the winners, 130 have taken part for at least five editions and 10 have been present since the very first edition in 2002. The president of the Chamber of Commerce of Turin is Massimiliano Cipolletta, with Guido Bolatto as secretary general.

The Masters of the 2027-2028 two-year period are presented on 18 September 2026 at the Auditorium del Santo Volto: 187 confirmations and 28 new entries. [2]

During the 2026 Terra Madre Salone del Gusto, Piazza Carlo Alberto, in front of the Museum of the Risorgimento, becomes the "piazza dei Maestri" ("square of the Masters"), with the award-winning businesses gathered around the Chamber of Commerce's stand. [3]
