Last Banner trial

The Last Banner trial is an investigation by Turin's Digos (the police squad for public order and political affairs), coordinated by the public prosecutor's office (Procura), into the pressure and extortionate conduct exercised by the leadership of Juventus's organised support — with a leading role played by the Drughi — against the black-and-white club.⁴⁵

The inquiry also established intimidating and bullying conduct by the Drughi against ordinary fans in the south stand, including marking off areas with tape and pushing away anyone who approached the sectors occupied by the group.⁴⁵

On 19 October 2026 the Court of Cassation declared the defendants' appeals inadmissible, making the Turin Court of Appeal's ruling final; the Turin public prosecutor general's office issued three orders for the sentences to be served, with terms ranging from 4 years and 7 months to 8 years in prison for criminal conspiracy, aggravated private violence, extortion and attempted extortion.⁴⁵

On 21 October 2026 one of those convicted, the longtime Drughi leader Dino Mocciola, turned himself in at Pescara.¹²³
