On 2 October 2026 satirical posters by Extinction Rebellion appeared under the arcades of Via Po in Turin, targeting the government with caricatures of Giorgia Meloni, Donald Trump and Roberto Vannacci tied to a space rocket. The initiative was part of a campaign that appeared the same day in other Italian cities as well, launched after a complaint for contempt of institutions was filed against an activist of the movement.
