Disappearance and Discovery of Andrea Perra

Andrea Perra, 53, a resident of Rivoli, went missing on the morning of Monday, 7 September 2026. He left home without taking either his keys or his mobile phone, at a time when he was reportedly going through a difficult period [1][2].

Report and Search

Unable to reach him, his family filed a missing-person report with the Carabinieri and issued several appeals on social media in an effort to find him [1].

In the following days, there were a number of sightings of him in Turin that his family considered credible [1]. In particular, on the evening of Saturday, 12 September, a tip reported that he had been recognized in the city centre, on Via Po; according to the witness, Perra was said to have then boarded a number 55 bus heading towards Gerbido [2].

The Discovery

Andrea Perra was found safe and sound. The news was announced on Friday, 25 September 2026, in a Facebook post by his sister, who wrote: «I want to thank everyone, he's been found. Thank you for all the shares» [1][2].
