Coppa Piemonte
The Coppa Piemonte Prima Categoria is an annual football competition reserved for Piedmontese teams enrolled in the Prima Categoria championship. The tournament is organised in groups on a provincial basis, with a first phase of home-and-away matches followed by a second phase involving the best-placed teams, including some of the best runners-up from the groups [1].
Format
In the first phase the teams are divided into numbered groups, including Groups 10, 13, 15 and 16, which in the current season have involved teams from the Turin and Cuneo areas such as Airaschese, Carignano, F.C. Vigone, Pro Polonghera, Revello, Infernotto, Marene, Narzole, Costigliole, Area Calcio Alba Roero, Carrù Magliano Alpi, San Benigno, PSG and Gassino [1]. At the end of the sixth home-and-away matchday, the top team from each group and the five best runners-up across all groups qualify for the second phase [1].
Sixth matchday (6 November 2026)
In Group 13, Pro Polonghera qualified for the second phase by beating F.C. Vigone 2-0, with goals from Allasia and Mennitto, and finished the group in first place with 16 points ahead of F.C. Vigone, Carignano and Airaschese [1].
In Group 15, Revello won 1-2 away against Infernotto, thanks to goals from Flaviano and Albertengo, against a goal from Kouthar for the home side; Revello finished the group in second place, a position not sufficient to qualify among the five best runners-up [1].
In Group 16, Narzole won 1-3 away against Marene, with a brace from Miha and a goal from Feraru, consolidating first place in the group with 16 points; in the same group, Area Calcio Alba Roero lost 2-3 at home against Costigliole, despite goals from Angelov and Randazzo, ending its participation in the competition [1].
In Group 10, qualification among the best runners-up depended on the rearranged match between Carrù Magliano Alpi and San Benigno, which was postponed: if San Benigno were to win, it would reach 7 points, qualifying as the fifth-best runner-up; otherwise the place would go to PSG, behind Gassino in the same group [1].
