Club to Club
Club to Club, today the C2C Festival, is an electronic and avant-garde music festival held every year in Turin between late October and early November, during contemporary art week; it is organized by the Turin-based association Situazione Xplosiva.[1][2]
History
It was born in 2002 as a network of clubs to tour in a single evening, picking up the legacy of Turin's music scene.[1] Its founder and artistic director Sergio Ricciardone, who in 2017 had also curated the first music events at the OGR, died on 11 March 2025 at the age of 53.[3]
Recent editions
The 2024 edition, from 31 October to 3 November, themed «Living with the Gods», was held across the OGR, Lingotto Fiere, the Teatro Regio and the Fonderie Limone, with 43 artists; the festival presents itself as the largest indoor festival in Italy.[4] The 2025 edition, «Per Aspera Ad Astra», dedicated to Ricciardone, featured 68 artists from 21 nationalities, with the days at the Lingotto sold out a month in advance and 40 percent of the audience coming from abroad; attendance totaled around 42,000.[1][5] Since 2025 the festival has also had an edition in New York.[1]
The 2026 edition, marking the festival's twenty-fifth anniversary, is scheduled from 29 October to 1 November at the OGR and Lingotto Fiere, and returns to the Teatro Carignano after eleven years.[6][5]
