Change of officers at the Carabinieri Provincial Command of Turin (September 2026)
With the start of September 2026, the Carabinieri Provincial Command of Turin begins a rotation of officers at the head of units and companies in the city and province.
Major Francesco Coratti, formerly commander of the Reggio Emilia Company, takes command of the Turin Mobile Radio Unit, replacing Lieutenant Colonel Francesco Donvito. Lieutenant Rapisarda, coming from the Carabinieri Officer Cadet School of Reggio Calabria, joins the Operations Unit of the Turin-San Carlo Company. Command of the Turin-Mirafiori Company passes to Captain Umberto Cerracchio, previously with the Cervia Milano Marittima Company, who will be supported at the Operations Unit by Lieutenant Giorgio Matteo Zacchi. The Turin-Oltre Dora Company is entrusted to Major Riccardo Capodivento, coming from the Gravina di Catania Company, with Lieutenant Stefano Moretti at the Operations Unit. Among the out-of-town companies, Captain Alessandro Raganato takes over in Rivoli in place of Major Ugo Mercurio, while Second Lieutenant Gabriele Vadalà joins the Operations Unit of the Susa Company.
