Centro Polivalente Pablo Neruda
A multi-purpose public building on via degli Abeti 12 in Turin's Falchera district, home to social services and, since 2026, to the «Falchè» cohousing project for people with disabilities.
The Centro Polivalente Pablo Neruda is a public building at via degli Abeti 12, in the Falchera district on Turin’s northern outskirts. Converted from a building that once housed a school, it has for years hosted the activities of the Damamar ODV ETS association and, since 2026, has also housed the «Falchè» cohousing project, dedicated to independent living for people with disabilities.[1][2]
The Falchè cohousing project, inaugurated on 19 September 2026, occupies part of the former school and offers six places for independent-living pathways, as part of the district’s urban and social regeneration.[3]
