At Piazzetta Reale in Turin, as part of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2026, the Food Department of the Piedmont Region sets up a bread-making workshop with the Associazione Regionale Panificatori del Piemonte, which bakes traditional Piedmontese bread, pizza and grissini free of charge for the public.1
