Apr is a company based in Pinerolo, in the province of Turin, which in September 2026 joined the aerospace supply chain of Leonardo.1

The company develops, in Pinerolo, the fuel pumps that feed the engines of helicopters produced by Leonardo.1

The partnership is part of the "Crescere Insieme" ("Growing Together") programme, through which Leonardo's Helicopters Division aims gradually to bring back to Italy part of the strategic supplies currently purchased abroad: the division buys components and systems worth around 3 billion euros every year, 65% of which come from international suppliers. The four partnerships launched under the programme involve investments of around 20 million euros and could generate up to 670 million euros in industrial value over thirty years.1
