Via Cavour is a street in the centre of Turin. On 24 October 2026, the play area in the Balbo flowerbed, at the same address (no. 31), was named after Bella Hutter, a choreographer, dancer and painter born in Kiev in 1899, who found refuge in Italy from the 1920s and died in Turin in 1985. [4] No. 31 is also home to the Moncalieri Employment Centre, which opened its new premises on 27 October 2026. [3] On 26 September 2026, a 35-year-old man was arrested in the act for aggravated theft after a smash-and-grab at a restaurant on the street, carried out by breaking the window with a manhole cover.
