Terminal Torino Fossata

Terminal Torino Fossata is a project worth over €26 million to transform a disused area in the northern quadrant of Turin into a hub for mobility and hospitality, presented on 7 October 2026 at a meeting bringing together institutions, operators and investors.12

The project, promoted by Air Pullman S.p.A. through Immobiliare Fossata S.r.l., in partnership with Equiter S.p.A., the exclusive advisor to Fondo Tematico Turismo S.r.l., calls for the redevelopment of the former Kerry plant site, covering about 7,000 square metres.12 It will include a new coach station for medium- and long-distance connections with more than 30 bus bays, some equipped for electric charging, a roughly 130-room hotel under the IH brand, and a 130-space car park with a photovoltaic canopy.12

The terminal will be linked to the Rebaudengo Fossata railway station and to the future Metro Line 2, and is meant to replace the current coach stop on corso Vittorio Emanuele, reducing bus traffic heading into the city centre.12 The scheme combines private funding with €16 million from the PNRR via the Fondo Tematico Turismo.2 Turin's mayor Stefano Lo Russo called the project «a concrete example of public-private partnership».1 According to the schedule, the coach station should be completed by mid-2027 and the hotel by the end of the same year.2
