Air Pullman
Air Pullman S.p.A. is a company active in medium- and long-distance road transport. In Turin it is the promoter, through its subsidiary Immobiliare Fossata S.r.l., of the Terminal Torino Fossata project, a new mobility and hospitality hub in the northern quarter of the city.[1][2]
The Terminal Torino Fossata project
On 7 October 2026 Air Pullman presented in Turin, during a meeting with institutions, operators and investors, the Terminal Torino Fossata project, an investment of over 26 million euros for a new bus station for medium- and long-distance connections.[1][2] The operation is being carried out in collaboration with Equiter S.p.A., exclusive advisor to Fondo Tematico Turismo S.r.l., which contributes 16 million euros in funding from the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan).[2] The project envisages a new bus station with more than 30 bus bays, some equipped for electric charging, a hotel of about 130 rooms under the IH brand, and a car park with 130 spaces with a photovoltaic roof, on an area of about 7,000 square metres corresponding to the former Kerry plant.[1][2]
The new terminal will be connected to the Rebaudengo Fossata station and, in future, to Turin's planned metro Line 2, with the aim of creating an interchange hub between buses, railway and local public transport, and of replacing the current bus stop area on corso Vittorio Emanuele, reducing bus traffic heading into the city centre.[1][2] According to the schedule, the bus station should be completed by mid-2027, while the hotel is expected to open by the end of the same year.[2]
Statements
Alessandro Oldrini, managing director of Air Pullman S.p.A., stated that the terminal stems from the company's wish to contribute to the transformation of a disused area and to build a modern bus station model, integrated with hospitality services and with the rail and metro network.[1] The mayor of Turin, Stefano Lo Russo, described the project as an example of public-private partnership bringing urban regeneration, new services and jobs to the northern part of the city.[1][2]
