SP 25
The SP 25 is a provincial road in the province of Cuneo. On the stretch crossing the territory of Villafalletto, the road runs as a bypass around the built-up area and meets, at kilometre 2.050, the SP 155, with a link towards Vottignasco and, via the surrounding road network, towards Levaldigi[1][2].
Maintenance works of November 2026
From 9 to 11 November 2026, resurfacing works were carried out on the roundabout on the SP 25 at its junction with the SP 155, on the Villafalletto bypass. The works were active every day from 8am to 6pm[1][2].
During the works, traffic along the SP 25 was regulated with alternating one-way flow, using traffic lights or flagmen, with brief full closures lasting roughly 30-45 minutes to allow crews to work safely[1][2]. For the entire duration of the works, the roundabout exit giving access to Villafalletto was closed, while the SP 155 towards Vottignasco was also closed[1][2]. Traffic was diverted towards Levaldigi, except for residents, with temporary signage along the affected roads[1][2].
The works are part of the extraordinary maintenance programme to secure the infrastructure and structures of the provincial road network of the Cuneo district for 2025-2028, funded under ministerial decree 101/2022[1][2]. The works were awarded to a consortium of companies made up of Preve Costruzioni, Tomatis Giacomo and Edilscavi, which is also responsible for managing traffic and temporary site signage[1][2].
