The Marrone della Valle di Susa is a chestnut with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status. The production area covers the entire territory of 28 municipalities in the Valle di Susa, in the Province of Turin, including Almese, Avigliana, Bussoleno, Susa and Villar Focchiardo. The harvest period begins on 20 September and ends on 10 November.
