Eva Raffaella Desana

Eva Raffaella Desana is a professor of Commercial Law at the University of Turin. She is also a lawyer, an expert in corporate law, corporate governance and financial markets, and a member of the Management Committee of the University of Turin's Interdisciplinary Center for Women's and Gender Studies and Research (Cirsde). [3]¹²

In October 2026 the Regional Council of Piedmont awarded her the 2026 Marcellina Gilli Prize for her commitment to gender equality. She also directs the research project «4EGE – For an Effective Gender Equality», funded by the Ministry of University, on gender equality. [3]¹²
