Erratico Gravel 2026
Erratico Gravel 2026 is the fifth edition of a non-competitive cycling tourism event held in the Canavese, starting and finishing in the grounds of the castle of Agliè. The event, sponsored by the Metropolitan City of Turin, is dedicated to multi-terrain cycling enthusiasts and is scheduled for Sunday 18 October 2026.[1][2]
Routes
The organisers offer three routes running over white roads, dirt tracks and minor paved stretches, crossing hilly landscapes of glacial origin marked by the presence of erratic boulders. The long route measures 131 km with 2,000 metres of positive elevation gain, the medium route 77 km with 1,090 metres of elevation gain, and the short route 34 km with 380 metres of climbing. Each participant chooses the route to complete at the time of registration.[1][2]
Times and participation
Free starts for the long and medium routes are scheduled between 7 and 9 am, while for the short route it is possible to start from 10 am onwards. To take part, entrants must be at least 18 years old on the registration date, or 16 if accompanied by a parent. For the medium and long routes a medical certificate for cycling activity valid beyond 18 October 2026 is required, to be sent at the time of registration; for the short route a fitness certificate for non-competitive sporting activity is sufficient.[1][2]
Registration and services
Registration costs 45 euros, discounted to 40 euros for groups of at least 5 people. The fee includes access to the Erratico area for the events of Sunday 18 October, the GPS track of all three routes, insurance coverage for the duration of the event, the race pack, refreshment points along the route, participation in the agnolotto party at the finish, use of car parks and toilets, and technical assistance.[1][2]
