The Consulta per le Persone in Difficoltà (CPD) is a Turin-based association working on disability issues. On 14 October 2026 it launched in the city, with the support of Fondazione CRT, the «Lo so, è grave!» campaign ahead of the third edition of DisFestival, dedicated to the theme of disability.
