Aldo Brovarone

Aldo Brovarone is a car designer from the Biella area, known as "Pininfarina's pencil" for his role as a designer for the Turin-based car maker. Originally from the Biella area, Brovarone had met Piero Dusio in Argentina and worked at the Pininfarina Centro Stile from 1953 to 1988, designing, among others, the Alfa Romeo Spider Duetto, the Peugeot 504 (produced in more than 3,700,000 units), and, for Ferrari, the Super America, the Superfast II and the Dino Berlinetta Speciale.[3] In 2026, on the centenary of his birth, the Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile in Turin dedicated to him the exhibition «Aldo Brovarone, la matita di Pininfarina».[1][2]
