2026 Transparency Day of the City of Turin (8 October 2026)

On 8 October 2026 the General Secretariat of the City of Turin organizes «A Cure for Public Administration», an institutional event for the 2026 Transparency Day, as part of the Legality Days.¹ The initiative aims to overturn the traditional narrative of an «inefficient bureaucracy», proposing to combine administrative efficiency with a response to the real needs of the community and placing fairness and the concept of «care» at the centre of the relationship with citizens.¹ Opened by Mayor Stefano Lo Russo before municipal employees and university students, the meeting — moderated by Corriere della Sera journalist Massimo Massenzio and attended by senior figures from local institutions, the judiciary and academia — anticipates the contents of the city's new Charter of Values, which will gather the contributions from the dialogue between administrative staff and young people.¹
