Responding to two questions from Pd and Avs, the Piedmont regional executive (Giunta) confirmed that work on the Terzo Valico dei Giovi has advanced to 97%, with the goal of closing the construction site in 2027-2028 [1][2]. The estimated additional funding needed is 3 billion euros on top of the project's total cost of 13.7 billion [1][2].
